Shipping Policy
All orders should be processed within 1-3 business days. Standard Shipping within the US arrives within 4-7 business days days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Free Shipping:
- Orders at least $50.00 (subtotal), shipping to destinations within the contiguous 48 United States, qualify for free shipping! Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged $10.99 for Standard Shipping. Vitapia, Inc. does not ship Internationally or to the U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) at this time.
Standard Shipping:
- $5.99 Standard shipping rate will apply for orders less than $50.00. Most orders will take 4-7 business days to arrive from the date ordered.
- Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Central Time will be considered placed the next business day.
- Vitapia uses the carrier with the best rate within our system. From time to time, there may be out-of-stock items that will not be shipped. A full refund will be provided for the out-of-stock items.
